Mr. Omar C. Frith is a communication consultant and social development practitioner with approximately 20 years' experience in the community development landscape. He is currently Deputy Executive Director at the Social Development Commission (SDC) where he heads Strategic Planning and Communication.
He is a trained Project Manager by way of the Project Management Global Institute and also the University of New Orleans. He also received training in Management of Local Development from The International Training Center of the ILO, Turin, Italy. Mr. Frith is among the foremost leaders in his field with a proven track record of supporting and leading the design and implementation of transformative initiatives that have positively impacted countless lives locally and abroad. Among his many achievements is the development of skills training facilities and the implementation of programmes that resulted in the creation of jobs for over 2,000 residents in the once volatile inner city of Grants Pen during his tenure as then General Manager at Stella Maris Foundation.
His ability to get the job done has earned him a number of distinguished awards, including an Honorary Doctorate for dedicated and distinguished service in socio-economic empowerment and human development.
Mr. Frith is a dedicated Justice of The Peace, a trained Mediator, currently serves on the Board of the Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF) and is a former Board Director at E-Learning Jamaica as well as a former Member of the HR Committee of Board at the Factories Corporation of Jamaica. He is an entrepreneur and a family man who is married to his lifelong partner, Attorney-at-Law Terry Ann, who is also the mother of their three children.

Ms. Merle Donaldson holds an MBA in International Business and B.Sc. in Chemistry and Management from the University of the West Indies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Training from the Vocational Training and Development Institute. She has also completed a Certificate in Board Directorship through the Commonwealth Association for Corporate Governance/Private Sector Organization of Jamaica Training Programme.
Ms. Donaldson has over twenty years of experience in both the public and private sectors – including the Bureau of Standards Jamaica, Ernst and Young Caribbean and the Ministry of Education – in the areas of research, business development, project management, quality systems and conformity assessments.
She is also serves on the Boards of the Planning Institute of Jamaica and the Agro Invest Corporation.
Ian Levy is an accomplished businessman and an original member of Supreme Ventures Limited’s Board of Directors. He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Ian K. (Agencies) Ltd., a highly successful company that has negotiated several contracts with French companies, on behalf of the Government of Jamaica.
Mr. Levy received the National Order of Merit (Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Merite) from the Government of France and the Order of Distinction from the Jamaican Government in 2012.
He is married and has three children.

Dr. Mundle is a lecturer in Music Education in the SOE. He holds a Doctorate in Music and Human Learning from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Music in Music Education from the University of Mississippi. He also received undergraduate music training at the Atlantic Union College in Massachusetts and completed a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the West Indies.
Dr. Mundle has taught in the public school system of Jamaica for several years and has served as a CXC Assistant Examiner in Music, and as an adjudicator in Jamaica Cultural Development Commission’s (JCDC’s) Music Festival. His research interests include performance evaluation in music, and assessments of the quality of music education programs in Jamaica and North American States.
Ms. Novlette Howell is a results-driven Human Resource and Administrative professional with a proven track record in leading project teams. Working in various Ministries, Ms. Howell remains committed to creating and delivering change for maximum impact.
Currently a Kingston Justice of the Peace, Ms. Howell serves as President of the Pembroke Hall Citizens Association, Chairman of the Pembroke Hall Primary School and a member of the following boards; Water Resources Authority, Jamaica Information Service, Kingston Freezone, and the Women’s Centre of Jamaica Foundation.
A trained children’s advocate, Miss Howell takes pride in mentoring young people in her community. She leads various initiatives — in particular within her immediate communities to drive positive transformation.
Mrs. Nicole McLaren-Campbell is an educator, entrepreneur and professional speaker who has served as a Senior Policy Analyst in the Ministry of Education.
Mrs. McLaren-Campbell is the Founder and CEO of AIM Educational Services. She recently started the AIM Higher Foundation with a mandate to identify, develop and empower promising low-income students so that they too can access unlock their potential through access to tertiary education.
Mrs. McLaren-Campbell has a degree in Economics from Princeton University. She also studied at Stanford University’s Summer Institute and the University of London, where she earned a Masters Degree in Globalization and Development.
In addition to her role as Director on the CHASE Board, she also serves as a Board Member of the Early Childhood Commission.
Mr. Robert Williams has had a long and distinguished career in education having been an educator for close to forty years. During his career he lectured at various institutions including the prestigious Sam Sharpe Teachers College.
He is a long-standing member of the Mount Alvernia High School Board of Governors and a dedicated Justice of the Peace for over twenty years.
Mr. Williams has the innate ability to motivate students from all walks of life to achieve their fullest potential. This has always been his mission throughout his career. He enjoys bee-farming in his spare time.
Mr. Hidran McKulsky is Principal of Holmwood Technical High School. He was previously Vice-Principal of Penwood High School and was Chairman for the Academic Committees for Holmwood Technical High School, Thompson Town High School and Garlogie Primary and Junior High.
He has served the Heart Trust/NTA in several capacities including: Registrar for South Western Technical Vocational Education and Training Institute; Academy Manager for the Kenilworth Academy; and Project Manager for the HEART Trust NTA/Ministry of Education, Career Advancement Programme (CAP).
Mr. McKulsky has a Masters Degree in Educational Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education, both from the Northern Caribbean University.
Mr. Kent Gammon holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies both of which he obtained from the University of the West Indies and Certificates in Business Studies and Administration from the University of Technology (formerly College of Arts Science and Technology).
He obtained a Master of Laws degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia in Corporate and Commercial Law and was also enrolled as a lawyer in New South Wales Australia in April 2006. He currently specializes in conveyancing and commercial law.
Mr. Gammon serves on the Boards of Orbus Technologies Limited, Fusionair (Jamaica) Limited, Greenvine Projects Limited, Office of the Registrar of Companies, Council of Community Colleges of Jamaica, the Quarries Advisory Committee and the Consumer Affairs Commission as Chairman. He is Chairman of the Jamaica Anti-Doping Disciplinary Panel. He enjoys reading, writing and squash. He is married to Olga Gammon and has two daughters and one son.
